To support our long-term objectives in the region, we are seeking a strategic partner to scale our Technology  teams across APAC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. • →Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
• →Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe
• →Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
• →Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

• You have 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates in Taiwan.
• You have experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor 
• You possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• You take a data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency.
