With Striveworks, organizations aren’t just deploying AI—they’re building systems that remain reliable, adaptable, and ready to scale in an unpredictable world. As the VP of Communications at Striveworks, you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to help tell our story to our markets, our partners, and our customers. You’ll be working with a talented, passionate group of people that shares a goal to make AI work—today and in the future. You’ll lead the charge to communicate our vision with the world in a manner that is clear and digestible without sacrificing technical precision.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building an integrated marketing and communications strategy and team for a leading-edge AI firm that rapidly builds, deploys, and maintains AI models in a dynamic world

We value work that intersects passion and perseverance, we geek out about the potential of our contributions, and we find joy in working hard on things that matter. Finally, we value taking ownership, having agency, and feeling individual responsibility for collective results.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of marketing and communications experience, 4+ of those being in a strategic leadership position; experience working with or in a public relations or advertising agency, especially focused on the technology sector, is highly desirable
- Excellence in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for a rapidly scaling business
- Experience launching software into new markets through campaign development and content—with both individual and team contributions
- Demonstrated success in building and leading teams
- Demonstrated success and passion for supporting the professional development of your team members with a lead-by-doing approach
- Passion for understanding our customers and users and the ability to abstract that into a useful persona
- A data-enabled mindset that is thoughtful around testing, measuring, and validating ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication for wide-ranging products—from news releases, corporate websites, and social media content to printed collateral and video packages; experience in video production and corporate design is highly desirable
- Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)
We’re very interested in candidates who possess the above qualifications, and we appreciate and consider the addition of:
- Experience marketing AI or machine learning-related products
- Technical writing experience
