Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years of supervisory experience as HR and General Affairs/Services in a manufacturing company.
Have knowledge in 3rd Party Management: Canteen, Janitorial, Shuttle.
Facilities and Office Administration, Transportation Management,Japanese Support Activities.
Audit and Compliance Management.
Can effectively communicate (written and verbal).
Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
