Responsibilities

→Prepare Shipping List report.
→Arrange transport for import, export and express.
→Mange DHL shipment and requests from other departments.
→Maintain reports of cost of normal shipment /express.
→Manage anagrafika of Raw materials.
→Management of auxiliary materials.
→Managing raw materials with negative balances.
→Prepare Scrap procedure.
→Coordinate warehouse.
→Registration and management of materials arrived damaged from Transport /Suppliers.

Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering fields.
Minimum 2 years in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of electronic products.
Knowledge of MRP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
Hands on knowledge in production scheduling and relation to material supply and demand
Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge is a must.
Hands on experience dealing with global freight forwarders.
Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience.
Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspect of Supply Chain function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must speak English very well.
