• →Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
• →Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• →Spot opportunities to improve members’ financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
• →Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.

Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.

• Members leave every interaction feeling supported, informed, and empowered.
• You build long-term relationships that turn everyday service into lasting loyalty.
• You grow professionally through development opportunities and career enrichment.
• You help us stay compliant with regulations.

• • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
