About The Role Sumter Consulting is seeking to hire a senior-level local government consultant to cultivate new relationships and deliver consulting solutions to city and county governments. Our consultants play a key role in expanding our network, selling our services, and directly serving our clients with industry-leading search, staffing, and consulting services. This is both a business development and consulting role: you’ll meet with local government executives, attend conferences, listen to their challenges, and offer practical solutions that help local governments succeed.
