Responsibilities

- →Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- →Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- →Resolve customer complaints/ issues
- →Train team
- →Maintain sales goals
- →Marketing
- →Inventory
- →Motivate team
