Associate Training Manager, Partnership (Bilingual)

About the role:
We are seeking skilled and experienced people to join our team. The Associate Training Manager, WCA, will work closely with the Partnership and Retail Team in the West and Central Africa region.

The candidate will oversee the bilingual training engagements (English/French) for partnership and retail teams on solar products, sales, growth and client onboarding. The candidate will also drive partner enablement and sales performance via training, upskilling, coaching, constant reminders and follow-up.
