• The HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps

• →Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps
• →Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
• →Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
• →Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
• →Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions
• →Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• →Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion

• Minimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)

• Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk.  Your personal safety is your responsibility.
• Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occurs or is witnessed.

• Must be able to work in all types of temperatures 
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• May  work outside
