Growth Engineering at Suno owns the path from "someone hears about Suno" to "someone who creates music, comes back, and subscribes." That includes onboarding, paywalls and pricing, credits and billing, lifecycle messaging, logged-out surfaces and SEO, and the attribution and experimentation systems underneath all of it. Millions of people hit these surfaces every day.

You'll work on a team of web, iOS, and Android engineers. The team runs on experiments: you'll form a hypothesis, ship the test, read the result, and either scale it or retire it. Most projects have a small lean team on them.

We're a small team inside a company that is still moving fast. You'll have a say in what gets prioritized, and work directly with PMs, designers, data scientists, and marketers to deliver results for Suno.

  Own user growth or revenue projects end-to-end: from identifying opportunities through shipping and measuring results.

• →

  Partner closely with product, marketing, and design to translate their goals into a prioritized plan, ship fast, and measure impact with data.

• →

  Build and iterate across the full stack: frontend, backend, and data analysis.

• →

  Design and run experiments, working with product and data science on instrumentation, measurement, and result interpretation.

  Create scalable and performant infrastructure that support growth campaigns and initiatives.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

• Experience shipping full-stack web features to production.

• History of owning outcomes rather than tickets: projects where you chose what to build, shipped it, and can say what happened to the metric afterward.

• Comfort with data: asking critical questions about data, running queries on it, isolating signal from noise, and reading out results

• A bias toward shipping fast without sacrificing code quality or user experience, and the judgment to decide when to optimize for what.

• Genuine interest in music, and in the people making it with Suno.

• Experience in at least one of our core areas: consumer growth and experimentation, subscriptions and monetization, or marketing engineering (SEO/AEO, CRO, CMS, attribution, lifecycle/CRM).

• Cross-platform experience shipping features on web and mobile.
