Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience researching, pricing and ordering parts in a new car dealership setting required, Kia or Hyundai experience preferred
- Must have great reading skills, be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and able to multi-task with great customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in very busy Professional Parts Department
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Look up parts for retail and wholesale parts customers
- Phone customers regarding special order parts
- Be up to date on Kia auto parts product information
- Assist walk-in customers in choosing necessary auto parts for their vehicles, suggest companion requirements and offer specials
- Provide auto parts price quotes and other information over the phone
- Determine availability on out-of-stock parts.
- Retrieve parts purchased from stock, return parts to stock as needed.
- Keep on top of back orders and return to vendors items.
- Issue credit for parts returned; ensure invoice/number is there to verify purchase and pricing.
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies and practices.
- Attend all scheduled shifts on time
