Dental Assistant

Job Description:

• Assists the dentist in providing general dental services.
• Accurately completes the daily sharps and instrument inventory at the beginning and end of each workday.
• Triages all patients scheduled to be seen by the dentist.
• Takes dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate of completion of the Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) examination.
• Certificate of completion in Clinical/Dental Radiography issued by the Dental Assisting National Board.
• Current, completed PSV from the Dental Assisting National Board.
• Minimum one year of past work experience in this position.
