• →Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions
• →Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• →Operate and monitor ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
• →Assist physicians in emergency procedures and critical interventions
• →Maintain accurate patient records and care plans
• →Educate patients’ families about care and treatment plans
• →Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience
• Strong knowledge of ICU equipment, procedures, and patient care
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN or equivalent)
• Experience in multidisciplinary ICU teams
