• →Provide individual and group counseling to students
• →Assist students with academic planning, career guidance, and personal development
• →Address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• →Conduct workshops and seminars on personal growth and life skills
• →Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student welfare
• →Maintain confidential records and prepare reports on student progress
• →Promote a positive school environment and well-being initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
• Proven experience as a School Counselor (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of child development and counseling techniques
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues

• Certification in Counseling or Educational Psychology
• Familiarity with UAE school regulations and cultural norms
