Monday – Friday (Day Shift: 8AM – 5PM: 40-45 Hours per Week)

Hybrid Flexibility; Pay dependent on experience (Overtime eligible)

Position is located at corporate headquarters: 5552 E Washington St Phoenix AZ 85034

Responsibilities

Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.

→Inputs information into company scoring system.
→Interprets results to arrive at a credit decision on the applicant.
→Partners with Sales and Operations personnel to ensure customers receive quick open account decisions.
→Performs credit due diligence upon receipt of credit application.
→Inputs approved applicants into receivable system.
→Must maintain confidentiality of all corporate and member activities.

Requirements

Must be a self-starter.
Must have a high level of organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and online processes.
Good internal and external customer service skills (both verbal and written).
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office.
Skilled at interpreting data contained in credit reports.
Must be able to be flexible with start and stop times depending on Department needs.
