The team consists of over 80+ members who are passionate about creating high-quality games that are accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
In this role, you will own employee engagement initiatives from planning to execution, manage internal communication activities, and work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams to strengthen our employee experience and company culture.
Currently, SUN.STUDIO is looking for an energetic HR team member (EB & EE oriented) to be a strong "right-hand" person, directly supporting the HR team in building an awesome internal culture and spreading the studio's brand to potential talent.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Brainstorm and execute internal engagement activities (Weekly Happy Hour, monthly birthdays, holidays like Women's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Halloween, Christmas, Team Building).
- →Prepare event materials, logistics, and communications, including agendas and content, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- →Monitor and care for the team's mental well-being; ensure the working "vibe" at SUN.studio is always positive and open.
- →Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance future employee experiences.
- →Support the preparation of gifts and internal merchandise (Welcome kits, holiday gifts...).
- →Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, such as Viva Engage and other internal channels.
- →Draft and publish internal communication content, including announcements, recap posts, and internal campaigns, in line with the agreed communication strategy and guidelines.
- →Develop communication materials, including visuals and content ideas, and coordinate with the Design team when needed.
- →Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of internal messages across relevant communication channels.
- →Monitor communication engagement metrics, including views, reactions, and comments, and suggest improvements to increase reach and interaction.
- →Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to implement employer branding activities across social media platforms, the company website, and recruitment channels.
- →Create and manage employer branding content, including employee stories, culture highlights, and event recaps.
- →Assist in organizing employer branding initiatives and events that enhance both candidate and employee experience.
- →Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across employer branding materials.
- →Handle light administrative tasks, such as replenishing coffee supplies for the office coffee machine, arranging snacks and fruit, and keeping the company pantry clean, organized, and well-stocked.
