Youth Soccer Coach - Flexible & Seasonal

Are you energetic, passionate about sports, and love working with kids? The nation’s premier youth educational soccer program, Soccer Stars is hiring Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team across the San Francisco Bay Area!

• Competitive Pay: Lead Coaches earn $30–$45/session (45–60 min); Assistant Coaches earn $19.61/session. Plus, earn up to $200 per coach referral!

• →Assist or Lead high-energy soccer and fitness classes for small groups of children (ages 1–10).
• →Help kids build confidence, gross motor skills, physical literacy, and teamwork in an educational, non-competitive setting.
• →Provide positive, hands-on group and individual attention to keep sessions fun and structured.
  
  

• Fall / Winter / Spring: Weekday afternoons (2:00 PM – 5:30 PM), select mornings, and weekends.
• Year-Round: Saturdays & Sundays (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:20 PM – 5:30 PM).
• Summer: Weekday camps (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & weekend classes.

• Energetic, patient, attentive, and enthusiastic personality.
• Experience working with children (e.g., camp counseling, teaching, or childcare) is preferred.
• Playing background in soccer or youth sports is a plus, but a passion for teaching kids is key!
