1099 Contractor - Remediation

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Contractor specializing in remediation to join our team. In this role, you will independently handle property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types.

This position requires a self-driven professional who can assess damages, develop effective remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and carry out repairs that meet Superior’s quality standards.

• →Independently evaluate property damage and develop remediation plans tailored to each project
• →Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
• →Schedule and supervise work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
• →Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful outcomes
• →Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
• →Provide consistent progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation
• General Liability Insurance
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards and remediation best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proven project management abilities, including time and budget management
• Must have the necessary tools and reliable transportation
• Must currently reside in the United States
