Through our Home Depot bath installation program, we help homeowners bring their bathroom renovation projects to life while supporting store associates with the knowledge, resources, and service they need to confidently assist their customers.
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven professional to strengthen our retail partnerships, support store-level activities, and help grow our bath installation business.
About the Position
The Retail Partnership Specialist serves as a key connection between Superior Contracting & Maintenance and assigned Home Depot locations.
This field-based position focuses on developing relationships with store leadership and associates, conducting product and program training, coordinating promotional events, maintaining program standards, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a traditional desk job or in-home sales position. Success comes from being actively engaged in stores, developing strong relationships, and creating opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Store Relationships & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot store managers, specialty department supervisors, and associates.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned stores to support and strengthen the partnership.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for store-level program questions and support.
- Increase associate awareness, engagement, and confidence in Superior's bath installation program.
- Identify opportunities to improve store participation and lead generation.
Events & Lead Generation
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in Home Depot in-store events and promotional activities.
- Engage homeowners and educate them about available bathroom remodeling solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for Superior's sales team.
- Collaborate with store leadership to maximize participation in promotional activities.
- Track event results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Associate Training & Education
- Conduct regular training sessions with store associates regarding the bath installation program.
- Educate associates on program offerings, customer qualification, and the referral process.
- Support onboarding and training of new store associates.
- Communicate program updates, promotional opportunities, and process changes.
- Develop strong working relationships that encourage ongoing program engagement.
Program Standards & Store Presentation
- Monitor bath displays, signage, brochures, and promotional materials in assigned stores.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable Home Depot program and presentation standards.
- Identify missing, damaged, or outdated materials and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain a professional and consistent representation of Superior throughout assigned locations.
Reporting & Performance
- Document store visits, training activities, events, and associate engagement.
- Monitor lead generation performance across assigned stores.
- Identify underperforming locations and develop strategies to increase engagement.
- Communicate store feedback, challenges, and opportunities to Superior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve program effectiveness.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned stores.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend events.
- Basic computer, email, and mobile application proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in retail, field marketing, business development, or account management.
- Previous experience with Home Depot, Lowe's, or another major retail organization.
- Familiarity with residential remodeling, home improvement, or construction.
- Experience conducting training or coordinating promotional events.
- Experience using CRM or activity-tracking systems.
