Beginning Pay $25.00+ (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, Plus Overtime Opportunities

40 Hours Minimum Paid Per Week Guaranteed for First 6 Months of Employment

We are looking to hire a proficient HVAC Installers to install HVAC systems, duct work, ventilation systems, and gas lines in both our Commercial and Residential departments. Ideal candidates will be patient, have strong communication skills, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Connect heating and air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.
• Install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Delivery of, and removal of, equipment needed to complete installation work.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
• Properly dispatching to and from jobs daily.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Collecting payment and customer references as needed.
  
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely from heights.
• Ability to pass DMV check
  
  

Certifications Desired:

• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC installer preferred, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• EPA certification (preferred, but not required)
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred, but not required)

Position Details:

  Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, plus overtime opportunity

  Pay schedule: Weekly Direct Deposit
• Sign on Bonus at 60 days and 6 months
