What We Offer

✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn CMMS data into cost insights and recommendations, including the judgment to decide when repairs should be performed in-house versus subcontracted and which vendor offers the best value.

✓Experience administering or heavily using a CMMS (Limble preferred; other platforms acceptable).

✓Mechanically inclined with solid understanding of heavy/farm equipment maintenance practices.

✓Ability to influence and train others without direct authority.

✓Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfortable building reports and dashboards.

✓Strong vendor management, cost comparison, and basic contract/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

→3+ years of experience in equipment/facilities maintenance, CMMS administration, maintenance planning, cost analysis, or related work (agriculture, construction, fleet, or industrial preferred).
→Associate degree in a mechanical, industrial, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
→Previous experience with farm or heavy equipment maintenance strongly preferred.
→Demonstrated experience extracting and analyzing cost and utilization data from a CMMS.
→Bilingual skills are desired but not required.
→Must be 18 years of age or older.
→Pre-employment drug screening required.

General Salary Range

$1,200—$1,500 USD
