Director Business Customer Development

This position will support our Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Energy sector.

The Dir Business Customer Development role has a national salary range of $104,000- $198,000.

Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth. Hunt for and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base. Ensure that company profit goals are met.

• →Responsible for revenue and gross profit
• →Focuses on customer satisfaction
• →Pipeline goals – including gross revenue in pipeline, growth against target and business close ratio
• →Establish client specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against stated objectives, business growth, and business consultancy.
• →Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit.
• →Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business.
• →Develop/meet all specified revenue and pipeline goals.
• →Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• MBA, preferred
• 10+ yrs. Supply Chain experience, preferred
• 5+ yrs. sales/consulting experience, preferred
