The TSI Carrier Dev Analyst provides analytical and operational support for transportation procurement, carrier management, and network optimization activities supporting the Tempur Sealy International (TSI) business. Working closely with Procurement Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is responsible for transportation data analysis, carrier performance reporting, market benchmarking, sourcing event support, and implementation activities that drive cost, service, and capacity improvements. The analyst develops actionable insights from transportation and operational data, supports carrier onboarding and contract execution processes, and assists in identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the transportation network. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Responsible for supporting development of business processes and logistics operations in a 3PL or lead logistics provider (LLP) business model through: participation and contribution in analysis of operations, transportation, and warehouse functions; analyzing business trends and data for improvement and opportunities; and validating and implementing continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Areas of focus: operations analysis and continuous improvement, transportation and warehousing, performance reporting and tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required

• 0-3 years of logistics industry experience
