• →Coordinating daily driver dispatch activities, including early morning route releases and route assignments.
• →Ensuring drivers arrive on time, are properly prepared for their routes, and comply with customer and vendor appearance requirements.
• →Monitoring route execution and proactively addressing delivery delays or operational issues.
• →Managing urgent STAT medication deliveries and ensuring time-sensitive orders are assigned and completed promptly.
• →Reviewing and processing controlled substance manifests and verifying required documentation before route release.
• →Scanning and maintaining records of controlled medication documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• →Supporting pharmacy operations through administrative tasks, document management, and system updates.
• →Communicating effectively with drivers, pharmacy staff, customers, and management regarding route status and service concerns.
• →Tracking package movement and delivery performance to ensure service commitments are met.
• →Utilizing company technology, printers, and dispatch systems to support daily operations.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating time-sensitive medication deliveries and ensuring drivers are dispatched efficiently to meet customer and pharmacy requirements. This position supports daily pharmacy operations through route management, driver coordination, shipment tracking, documentation processing, and customer service. The Dispatcher serves as a key communication link between drivers, pharmacy personnel, and customers, ensuring all deliveries are executed accurately and within required service levels.
