This will be a hybrid role. In addition to having a book of business supporting the Consumer sector, this role will be responsible for providing Finance leadership for the Packaging sector in the region.

- Member of the Packaging executive team

- Co-Lead (with Operations and Business Development) quarterly trade reviews on Packaging product with the NORAM Board

- Support strategic direction of the product and lead initiatives/projects

- Commercial and strategic input to new business proposals across sectors

- Oversee team members providing support for cost allocations, reporting and other requirements for the product

The purpose of this role is to be an active member of the business unit senior leadership team and lead the management of commercial and financial matters for the business unit. This is an executive-level position with direct responsibility to deliver business unit results (P&L responsibility), provide both financial and non-financial advice to senior operational and functional leadership and assist with strategy development and allocation of resources. This includes profit and loss analysis, balance sheet review, forecast and budget review and reporting, month end close support and reporting, and involvement in ad hoc analysis to control expenses and maximize both short and long term financial performance. This position is expected to manage effective relationships with members of the business unit management team, various functional departments, and our customers to drive financial performance and results across the business unit or portfolio of sites. This position must be highly motivated and self-directed, possess strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills, and be able to develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or accounting, required

• MBA and/or CPA, preferred

• 10+ years of demonstrated success in financial management, required

• Demonstrated customer relationship and commercial negotiation skills, required

• Logistics industry experience (captive or 3rd party), preferred
