The Senior Product Development Manager – DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) is responsible for shaping and evolving DHL’s standardized global fulfillment product. The role leads the end-to-end development and rollout of new product capabilities, ensuring every enhancement is commercially viable, operationally scalable, and fully integrated across sales, pricing, implementation, IT, billing, and operations. Working across multiple regions and functions, the role drives innovation, product quality and continuous improvement to support DFN’s global growth strategy and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and drives the DFN product development roadmap, aligning enhancements with business growth and market needs.
  • Leads the design, testing, implementation, rollout, training and documentation of new product features.
  • Gathers and prioritizes requirements from Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT and other key stakeholders.
  • Manages complex cross-functional change initiatives, balancing global standards with local business needs.
  • Identifies product gaps, market opportunities and emerging eCommerce trends to enhance the DFN offering.
  • Drives operational excellence through product audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leads product rollout and implementation projects across regions, ensuring successful adoption and execution.
  • Acts as a key change agent, influencing stakeholders and communicating product improvements across the organization.

 

  • Proven experience in product management, product development or solution design within logistics and supply chain environments, required.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, fulfillment solutions and ideally last-mile logistics, required.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-regional projects within a global matrix organization, preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing and change management skills, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate operational challenges into scalable solutions, preferred.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce markets, customer needs and fulfillment trends, preferred.
  • Demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, continuous learning mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, preferred.
