Vice President Operations

• →Contribute to the executive leadership group in setting the business's vision, strategy, and agenda.
• →Oversee operations across a wide geography, diverse customer base, and manage a vast team of leaders.
• →Develop and implement a regional strategy for customer accounts within the assigned geography.
• →Ensure a safe, productive, and results-driven environment through effective management and a commitment to excellence.
• →Navigate an ever-changing marketplace with multiple priorities, serving diverse customers, vendors, managers, and associates.
• →Accountability for negotiations, contract adherence, and successful execution of Business Continuity Agreements (BCAs).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required. 
• 10+ years management experience, required. 
• 7+ years distribution/warehousing experience, required.  
• Third-party Logistics experience, preferred.
