Senior Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our Senior Manger, Continuous Improvement and is a seasoned Continuous Improvement practitioner who operates independently on the organization’s most complex, high-impact improvement initiatives. As a senior individual contributor, this role leads network-wide process analysis, drives large cross-functional projects, and serves as a subject matter authority on Lean Six Sigma methodology and supply chain operations. The Senior Specialist brings analytical rigor and deep operational expertise to every engagement, setting the standard for quality, sustainability, and measurable results across the fulfillment center network. This individual understands how automation interacts with people and processes, and applies that knowledge to design improvements that are durable and scalable. This role also plays a key part in developing the broader Continuous Improvement community by mentoring colleagues and elevating team capabilities. This is a high-travel, hands-on role with significant time spent on the fulfillment center floor.

This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position will require travel up to 50% of the year, including to our Melville, NY headquarters up to 3 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities, as well as frequent travel to our on-site fulfillment locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

• →Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification, OR 3+ years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience in a complex operational environment
• →Proven track record independently leading end-to-end CI projects with measurable, sustained results
• →Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., Minitab, process capability, hypothesis testing)
• →Strong ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and nontechnical stakeholders
• →Experience facilitating Kaizen events and leading structured problem-solving workshops
