3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

• →Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team on third shift.
• →Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs.
• →Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment repairs as needed.
• →Inspect machinery and monitor equipment performance to prevent unexpected downtime.
• →Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• →Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• →Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members.
• →Enforce company policies and follow progressive disciplinary procedures when necessary.
• →Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• →Ensure all maintenance activities follow company safety standards and procedures.
• →Work closely with production personnel to address equipment issues and maintain workflow.

• →Lead by example by following all company safety policies and procedures.
• →Ensure maintenance team members comply with PPE requirements.
• →Identify and report workplace hazards immediately.
• →Participate in and lead safety initiatives and meetings.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydraulics, PLCs, and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience leading preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work a consistent overnight/third shift schedule.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
