Assembler

Location: Eleanor, WV
Pay Rate: $14-$15/hr, with opportunity for weekly attendance bonus'.
Shifts: All Shifts Available

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assemblers in Eleanor, WV! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.

Successful candidates will assemble components, operate hand and power tools, follow assembly instructions, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

No previous manufacturing experience? No problem! We encourage motivated candidates who are eager to learn and work in a team-oriented environment to apply.

• →Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and schematics.
• →Identify and determine how components and parts fit together.
• →Position and align parts manually or with the assistance of lifting equipment.
• →Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• →Secure parts using bolts, welding, and other assembly methods as required.
• →Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• →Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
• →Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift as required by the position.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
