CNC Machine Operator

We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a hands-on manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring role. You will be actively involved in setting up and operating CNC equipment, making adjustments, checking finished parts, and maintaining production quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

• → Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment
• → Prepare machines for production runs and job changes
• → Load and unload materials and finished parts
• → Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications
• → Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
• → Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• → Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications
• → Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
• → Maintain consistent production and quality standards
• → Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
• → Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• → Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• → Complete production and quality documentation as required

• Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with CNC setup is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
