General Labor Associate

• →Operate and monitor production equipment.
• →Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Remove, organize, and package finished products.
• →Load and move materials as needed.
• →Perform general production and manufacturing tasks.
• →Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• →Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
