Machine Operator

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable Rubber Molding Machine Operator to support the production of industrial rubber components. This role involves operating molding equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

• →Operate rubber molding machinery to produce quality parts.
• →Load materials and remove finished molded products.
• →Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• →Perform basic trimming and finishing as needed.
• →Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Rubber molding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and identify product defects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and availability for the scheduled overnight shift.
