Responsibilities

→Operate machines according to Detailed Work Instructions (DWI) and production schedules.
→Inspect and process parts as instructed to maintain quality standards.
→Complete Operator Production Sheet (Form FPR-01) accurately.
→Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
→Assist in reworking and repacking parts under supervisor guidance.
→Maintain a clean and organized work area, including break rooms, restrooms, parking areas, and grounds.
→Honor scheduled break times, including travel time to and from presses.
→Maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
→Assist in giving breaks to other operators as instructed.
→Meet daily production quotas and adhere to all OJT/DWI instructions for all parts.
