Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

• →Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production.
• →Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• →Remove, handle, and package completed plastic components.
• →Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product defects.
• →Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate production records as needed.
• →Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• →Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• →Meet production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Plastic injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a morning, swing, or overnight shift, depending on business needs.
