Process Technician

Location: Bryan, TX
Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

We are seeking an experienced Process Technician with hands-on injection molding experience to optimize production processes, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure consistent product quality and efficient operations.

• →Set up, adjust, and optimize injection molding equipment and process parameters.
• →Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, quality, and efficiency.
• →Conduct process trials and implement improvements to reduce waste and improve consistency.
• →Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, and calibration documentation.
• →Perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• →Support quality inspections, new product introductions, and operator training.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes.

• 3+ years of hands-on injection molding experience.
• Technical certification or relevant training in plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement instruments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality standards preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work rotating overnight shifts, overtime, and required holidays.
