Production Associate

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Saturday

We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This role supports end-of-line production by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.

• →Monitor finished products at the end of the production line.
• →Inspect products for quality and defects.
• →Organize, stack, and move finished materials.
• →Assist with packaging and shipment preparation.
• →Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• →Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.
• →Perform other general production duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
