Production Operator

Location: Killbuck, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are hiring dependable Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing position in Killbuck, OH. This hands-on role involves rubber manufacturing, operating equipment, and maintaining product quality. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates.

• →Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• →Assist with rubber mixing and manufacturing processes
• →Follow production instructions and safety procedures
• →Handle raw materials and inspect batches for quality
• →Complete production and quality paperwork
• →Perform equipment cleanup and basic maintenance
• →Maintain a clean, organized work area
• →Support production goals and work as part of a team

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment with varying temperatures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
