Responsibilities

→Coordinate and oversee on-site quality and containment activities.
→Manage mechanical rework operations and ensure quality specifications are met.
→Communicate with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain smooth operations.
→Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
→Support new site launches, including setup, training, and process validation.
→Provide leadership and direction to small teams.
→Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Quality and/or Containment.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Experience with dimensional inspections and precision measuring tools/metrology equipment.
Mechanical rework or manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-solving, and containment operations.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Flexibility to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
