Property Maintenance Specialist

• →Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties
• →Complete unit turnovers including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements
• →Address and resolve maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• →Safely operate and maintain power tools and other equipment
• →Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• →Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas and storage spaces
• →Communicate clearly with property management, tenants, and contractors regarding repairs and status updates as needed
• →Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• →Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance issues via the company-provided emergency phone on weekends

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with power tools and basic hand tools (must operate them safely and efficiently)
• Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience in both residential and commercial property maintenance
• Basic certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing a plus
