Senior Production Operator

Location: Norwalk, OH

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and supporting efficient production processes.

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Possible Friday overtime

3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., Possible Sunday overtime

• →Operate and monitor production equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• →Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• →Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met.
• →Identify equipment or production issues and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• →Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete required production documentation.
• →Assist with material handling and support overall team productivity.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required; senior-level experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment, follow work instructions, and troubleshoot basic production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Forklift experience and familiarity with inventory or production systems are a plus.
