Medical Assistant- FT Franklin and Mt Pleasant

• →Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• →Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens
• →Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• →Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed
• →Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• →Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries
• →Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of MA program is preferred but not required
• Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
• Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually

Job Type: Full-time, availability between 7 AM- 5 PM required. (schedule times may vary)

Work Location: In person/onsite, ability to Travel to Franklin WI and Mt Pleasant WI required
