Warehouse Project Coordinator

Contract :
Fixed term contract, 3 months 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Rate of Pay: NMW/NLW

Location: Lendrick Muir 

Purpose of the role 

To organise and improve the shared storage space at Lendrick Muir, creating a safe, structured and practical warehouse for teams across the organisation. 

Main responsibilities 

• Create an inventory of stored items and identify which department owns them.
  
• Work with key staff to record what should be kept, sold, donated, recycled or disposed of.
  
• Coordinate and carry out the removal, sale, or disposal of redundant items (including arranging skips, listing items on sale platforms and hands-on site clearance).
  
• Measure storage needs and help develop a clear layout for each department, working with colleagues to determine outcomes.
  
• Organise, label and clearly mark storage and working areas.
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow agreed health and safety procedures.
  

Reports to: Facilities Manager 

Project Leadership & Direction: Holidays Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholders 

Who we are looking for 

• Organised, practical and able to work methodically with limited supervision.
  
• Confident working with staff from different teams/departments and following through agreed decisions.
  
• Committed to safe working, accurate records and making good use of shared resources.
  
•  Comfortable carrying out practical work in a warehouse environment.

Training and safe working 

The casual worker will receive appropriate training before undertaking relevant tasks, including manual handling and lifting, use of personal protective equipment, working at height, and any other health and safety requirements linked to the role.
