Client Services Representative (Part-Time) Arrowhead Animal Hospital

• →Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• →Schedule appointments
• →Check clients in and out of the facility

• →Handle cash and credit card transactions

• →Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• →Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• →Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

• →Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• →Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• →Basic computer skills

• →Familiarity with impromed systems

• →Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• →Excellent communication skills

• →Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment
