Work directly with Dr. Denis Bergeron — founder, Medical Director, and the hospital's lead surgeon and top producer. Following a recent team transition, Dr. Bergeron has been supported by regular relief coverage, and we're now looking to bring on a permanent second full-time Associate Veterinarian. You'll work closely with him day to day, backed by a stable, experienced support team of 10+ (many with 5+ years' tenure), and have real opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and patients as a permanent member of the team — rather than relief work.

Dr. Bergeron has practiced in South Florida for over 35 years, earning his DVM from Ross University in 1990 after a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. He built Park Veterinary Hospital himself in 2007 and remains the hospital's primary clinician — a high-producing doctor and lead surgeon who is directly involved in mentoring associates on cases. He's an active member of AVMA, FVMA, VECCS, and AVDS. This isn't a founder who's stepped back — he's still leading from the floor, every day.

• Full-time Associate Veterinarian
• AAHA-accredited, Fear Free-certified practice with broad clinical variety: wellness, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dentistry, parasite prevention, radiology, pain management, and cancer treatment
• Strong surgical caseload — dental extractions, spay/neuter, laceration repair, bladder stone removal, ACL repair, and emergency/urgent surgery
• Standard-of-care protocols throughout — pre-anesthetic bloodwork, full-mouth dental radiography, and continuous vitals monitoring on every procedure
• On-duty veterinarian coverage 6 days a week handling both scheduled care and same-day emergencies (trauma, toxin ingestion, GI issues, respiratory distress, and more) — after-hours cases referred to a local specialty ER, so no overnight shifts for associates
• Well-supported team — a Practice Manager, Certified Veterinary Technician, additional Vet Techs and Assistants, Client Service Representatives, and kennel staff, most with 5+ years of tenure
