Responsibilities

Timely Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and aligned with Suveto’s best practice standards.
Workflow Adoption: Achieve high adoption rates of standardized workflows and system features across all implementations.
Incident Reduction: Minimize post-go-live incidents by ensuring comprehensive training and meticulous configuration.
Operational Consistency: Enhance operational consistency across the Suveto network by implementing standardized processes and practices.

Proven hands-on experience with ezyVet or similar veterinary practice management software.
In-depth understanding of veterinary operations, including appointment scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, and inventory.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in systems implementation, healthcare technology, or clinic operations.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in aligning business processes with system capabilities using best practice methodologies.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Suveto's clinical and operational standards.
Experience with multi-site practice groups or corporate veterinary consolidators.
Comprehensive knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., lab diagnostics, payment systems, inventory control).
Proficiency in using project management tools (MS Planner, MS Project, Smartsheet).
