Local hiring only. Full time Contract Duration: 6 months under Leisure Agreement Type: Freelance (Monthly renewable till 6-month period) Future Opportunity: After 6 months, subject to performance evaluation, sponsorship transfer under Leisure may be offered after the contract period. Salary: QAR 6,000 – 7,000 (All-Inclusive) Key Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and design static graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various platforms including print, digital, social media, web, and event branding. Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, presentations, and internal productions. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all visual materials. Adapt design assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios while maintaining quality and brand alignment. Edit and animate typography, logos, transitions, and infographics for various video formats. Work closely with copywriters, videographers, and 3D designers to create integrated multimedia content. Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics tools, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Requirements Required Knowledge & Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related fields Certifications in Adobe or relevant creative tools are a plus Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic and motion design
