This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Group CFO and gain broad exposure to accounting, controlling, reporting and consolidation activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will become a key member of the finance organization and contribute directly to the reliability and transparency of financial information across the company.
Responsibilities

Support or lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities

Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes
- →
Prepare management reports and performance analyses
- →
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- →
Monitor financial performance and investigate variances
- →
Contribute to cost controlling and operational performance improvement initiatives

Assist with VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements

Support ERP and finance process optimization projects
- →
Participate in internal control and compliance activities
- →
Work closely with operational departments and international colleagues
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
3–8 years of experience in accounting, controlling or audit
Experience in month-end closings and financial reporting
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or international environment is advantageous
Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership
Comfortable working in both operational and project-related topics
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
Direct reporting line to the Group CFO
Broad exposure across accounting, controlling and reporting
