Design and Build software applications for iOS;

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;

Participate in an exciting and motivating project;

Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance;

Design interfaces to improve user experience;

Actively participate in the training and building skills of other developers;

Contribute to Application Architecture and definition;

Work in a dynamic environment.

More than 4 years of experience in developing and shipping iOS Applications;

Ownership and accountability of work, being able to write and speak clearly, sharing relevant information to project and gain of self-awareness;

Able to execute defined and prioritized tasks within the scope of team with specific guidance from manager/TL;

Focus on contributing to solve problems with defined solutions, receiving others perspectives and feedback, besides effectively collaborating to get work done;

Able to understand and effectively participate in the core processes of the team (planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, etc), with high standard excellence of work;

Early learning on the Interview and Recruitment Process.

Communicates with product team to define requirements and improve specifications.

Proficiency in iOS, and it’s life cycle;

Proficiency in Swift;

Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.;

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications;

Frameworks/SDK integration in mobile apps;

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

You should know how to design and implement AI-powered workflows or automations that meaningfully improve efficiency and outcomes.

AI coding agents experience is required.

Spec driven development is valued.

Proficiente coding agent usage is valued.
