Audiovisual support Specialist- Cisco Webex control HUB

For Frontex – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency – we are looking for a Video Conferencing Specialists to support the operation,

• End-to-end management of the large scale audio video conferencing solutions thru the complete service lifecycle

• Daily administration of the audio video conferencing service

• Daily monitoring of the audio video conferencing service

• Daily troubleshooting of the audio video conferencing service

• Supporting end users in the daily use of the audio video conferencing service

• Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc

• Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability and security and to follow the latest technology trends

• Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor
